A bit about me...
Born and raised in Minnesota, I now reside in a little village in Wisconsin. It's quiet and tranquil, perfect for writing, which is what drew me to live here. I graduated Summa cum Laude from University of St. Thomas with a double-major in History and English. I'm also a retired military veteran of twenty-three years (!), three of which I'd spent in combat zones. I've always loved writing, and have wanted to be a novelist since I was nineteen. So here I am, trying to make that dream real.

In case anyone wonders for my choice of imagery, I've had a quasi-Oedipal infatuation with Lily Munster since my early childhood. Don't judge me.
How I came to write erotica is a long, boring story which I won't tell here. (I'll tell it piecemeal, in other pages on this site.) Suffice it to say that, in writing a few short stories for erotic websites, I discovered that I had a knack for it, as well as an appreciative audience. But I've noticed that so much erotica is only about sex (which is its appeal, of course). Consequently, it lacks the depth of character development, plot, motivation, arc, humor, crisis, conflict, symbolism, metaphor, irony, foreshadowing—in short, everything a reader finds in other literature. I believe that it's these shortcomings that often limit erotica to a second- or even third-rate art form. It's my career ambition to undo this. I see no reason why erotica cannot be as artistic, sophisticated and nuanced as other writing.
